Works great!
Overall, I really like Outlook. Simple interface that let's me get my day-to-day tasks acheived quicker. Not really the fault of the app, but I really hate scrolling through my contacts to find someone (i.e. not having a side scroll button, or being able to just hit a letter like on Windows phone).

No Connectivity
With this new update, when i enter my office email id the app just keeps running in connecting mode with the rotating circle. Please help me get out of this issue. I really love to use this app. Also make sure that we can use image in our signatures.

Perfect when need to response fast

I love the layout of the app (former windows phone user), but the with the Android version, I have trouble searching for emails from servers. Otherwise I would have kept using this app. Also, just stared having issues enlarging email contents. I contents won't enlarge. It freezes.

I have chosen this app over my previous generic in-phone app. The app is very fast, convenient, and I like the simple interface. It also loads a lot of emails. The main thing I would change is to be able to swipe right or left to view other emails once in the viewing pane. I also would prefer to change the color of certain icons as an option, maybe even with an image. I haven't customized the focus feature, so I currently have notifications for all emails. It was the first feature I disabled since it automatically focuses only on emails I do not care about. It would have been very nice, even though I go through all non-spam emails anyway.

new update is terrible any more than 2 attachments and you cant see the third loved it before latest update why mess with something that wasnt broken

So basic. Only reason I put up with it is for work.
Can ONLY receive notifications for INBOX only - Not for any of my sub folders. The search folder feature SUCKS. cannot ever find the email I'm actually searching for, but returns all the emails totally irrelevant to my search criteria

This used to be so much better. No idea what has happened after the last few updates. Emails are super delayed. Sitting at my desk the email comes in and then 5 minutes later my phone buzzes. I had to disable notifications from calendar since even though I swipe them away they come back! It never used to do that. It is extremely frustrating especially when I use it all day every day. Making me feel like I need to use the standard stock email app on my phone.... *shudder*

Too simplistic battery hog app.

Loved this app until the last update - hangs/freezes on a white screen before opening emails. Also have issue moving mails between folders. It's been very frustrating trying to stay on top of emails and the new version is, quite frankly, horrific.

Very good, puts most Outlook mailbox items in one mobile app (no notes? What's up with that, MS?) I like it even better than Outlook 2017, tbqh.

You ruined a functional user friendly app.
I have used Hotmail for many years. It was very functional. Why was it changed so drastically? It, for me is now un usable. I changed to gmail. Found it to hard to navigate and everything is hidden inside "a little icon".

I get warnings about its power consumption on my mate 9 pro. Even when idle.

Love the overall ease of use and practical approach (I use email to work so want tools that work and don't swamp me with gimmicks) however a number of flaws make me search for alternatives. One is that calender events don't get added to calender so I can't see them after I click accept. Another is the attachment feature: one at the time which slows me down. There are a few more but you get the gist. A fantastic app if it was a startup, but from Microsoft I would have expected more solid a solution
